Microblading / Microshading

  • The healing time is about 7 to 10 days.

Rapid healing: Again, since the needles do not go deep in contrast to tattooing, healing is faster. It is normal for scabs to form in the following days, but they will disappear quickly.

  • Before the procedure it is not recommended to consume alcohol the day before the appointment. In addition, it is also not recommended to take coagulants such as tylenols.

    * Advils are allowed

After the procedure, there are rules to follow after the procedure: once the procedure is over, it is recommended to apply an ointment 3 to 5 times a day, for 1 week. It is important that the area where there has been treatment is dry. In view of the foregoing, it is also necessary to prevent water from being in contact with the eyebrows for the first week. It is also advisable not to exercise or go to the spa for a week to avoid sweating. Also, avoid exposing your eyebrows to the sun during the healing period.

  • Yes, the needles that I use are new.

  • All persons except:

    • Pregnant women as well as those who are breastfeeding.

    • People who have allergies to inks, pigments, and hair dyes.

    • People who have chemotherapy care must have a doctor's note.

*People under the age of 18 must provide their parent's permission in writing. (signature required)

  • The ointment:

Always have ointment on the area worked for a period of 7 days.

Immediately after the procedure, apply the suggested balm or ointment to the area being worked whenever it is needed. It is important to never allow your eyebrows to become dry.

    Scabies:

Scabies will appear 24 hours after your appointment. This indicates the beginning of the natural healing process.

When crust appears, the pigment may appear much darker until it leaves. Once the scales have fallen, the color will be much paler than when you had it.

Beware, scabs will not all fall at the same time. You will then have the impression that there will be no more pigment (effect of holes).

Removing or scraping crusts may result in permanent pigment loss. Abstain from touching the pigmented area at all times except when applying the balm or ointment.

    Tingling sensation:

The tingling sensation can make you want to scratch yourself. Under no circumstances should you touch or scratch the pigmented area, as this may cause loss of pigment.

    Tug of war:

You may feel tense. This is normal, the region is in regeneration mode.

    Wash the face :

When washing your face, do not use soap or cream on the pigmented area for a period of one week. Before showering or bathing, always apply a thick layer of ointment. Contact with water should also be avoided for a period of at least 7 days or until the pigmented area is completely cured.

    To avoid for 7 days:

Tanning, facials, excessive perspiration (physical training) and water (on the pigmented area) should be avoided for 7 days.

    To avoid at all times:

At all times, all skin creams or products containing Retin-A AHA should not be used. Under no circumstances should the eyebrows be exfoliated. Sunscreen should always be applied to the pigmented area (SPF 60 recommended).

    • Microblading = Hair strokes, natural.

    • Microshading = Powder look, like makeup.

    • Combo = Best of both worlds.

  • Once the ink is implanted in the skin, this will remain there for life. Only professional tattoo removal treatments can raise the ink.

The pigment we use are sterile mineral pigments that end up with the times.

    * Depending on the depth of the skin, the PH of the skin of the client and the exposure to suns, pigments can remain between 1 and 3 years

  • A touch up is included from 6 to86 weeks after the first appointment. Subsequently, it is at your discretion. By cons, if you want to maintain your eyebrows perfectly I recommend a touch up every year.

    * It can take up to 3 times before the pigment can get into your body (remember that just like anything, the body needs a certain amount of time before adapting to the pigments).

  • Since needles do not penetrate the skin deeply, they affect fewer nerve endings. In addition, I will also apply an anesthetic cream to reduce pain.

  • yes — microblading and shading can both look natural, as long as:

    • The artist uses the right pigment color for the client’s undertone.

    • The technique is adjusted (lighter strokes/shading for a softer finish).

    • The design follows the client’s natural brow shape.

  • Microblading fades gently, the duration of the pigment varies between 1 to 3 years. Obviously the duration varies according to the type of skin, upkeep and the color of the pigment.
